As Pumpkin Spice season falls upon retailers, Starbucks’ beloved Pumpkin Spice Coffee also takes to most shelves… but not at Sam’s Club.
In an effort to generate more sales within Club, we repositioned Starbucks core Pike Place Roast and invited Members to explore new ways to brew up their favorite cup.
Through simple recipes, coffee tips, exclusive Starbucks Rewards offers, and in-club sampling events, we were able to entice Members to purchase Starbucks in club sizes.
Even without Pumpkin Spice, we were still able to generate a sales lift of 22% across 261 clubs, and a total share increase of 6%, overall surpassing our sales goals!
